SERVICES WE OFFER

We require a minimum of two hours per visit.  If you have a one hour visit, you will still be charged the rate for a two hour visit.  Per our cancellation policy, a minimum 24 hour notice for cancelling or postponement, must be given to us; prior to appointment.  Any cancellation, no show, or postponement in less than 24 hours; will be subject to the full fee being assessed of the cancelled, no show, or postponed visit; by the party who is cancelling (unless you have a doctor's note for the date you are cancelling, or proof of car trouble from a mechanic or Triple A Driver), an inconvenience fee, and a late fee for late arrivals or no-shows (by the parent who was late, no-showed, or cancelled in less than 24 hours.

HOW YOU ARE CHARGED FOR THE VISIT/EXCHANGE

The exchange times from the Custodial Parent to the Professional Provider to the Non-Custodial Parent and, from the Non-Custodial Parent to the Professional Provider, back to the Custodial Parent is a part of the fee hours.  For instance if you have a visit scheduled for two hours from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm, the court/California Rules of the Court 5.20 Uniform Standards of the Court require that the Custodial Parent must arrive 15 minutes before the visit to drop the child(ren) off (then be at least 15 minutes away from the exchange and visit location when the visiting parent arrives to have their visit at two pm.)  They also require that the visiting parent leave promptly when their visit is over at 4:00 pm, and must be at least 15 minutes away from the visit and exchange locations.  So the fee would be for 2.5 (a half) hours: from 1:45 pm to 4:15 pm.

Our grace period for tardiness is the first five minutes either parent is late to an exchange or visit.  After the five minute grace period, that parent that is tardy will be charged $2.00 per minute, for every minute they are late.  That payment is due at the time of their arrival in, preferably in cash.  Always have a exact change, the Professional Provider does not carry change.

All services are cash only payment, and are due at the beginning of the rendering of services (or when a report is requested; at the time of request).  There are no refunds.

Late or Early Fee: If a party arrives more than 5 minutes late or early to a scheduled exchange or visit (for pick-up or drop-off), the party will be assessed $2.00 per minute AFTER the 5 minute grace period.   All Intake Interview Orientation Appointments must be paid for in advance, before the appointment.    The fee is non-refundable if you or the other parent cancels or postpones an Intake Interview Case Assessment Appointment.  All monitored visitations must be paid for one week in advance before the visit; or it will not take place.  If you cancel a visit in less than twenty four hours, you will be required to pay the full visit fee, BEFORE ANY OTHER VISITS ARE SCHEDULED AND CONDUCTED .  We do not do refunds, no exceptions.

   Custody Visitation Exchanges

Intake Interview Orientation Appointment

A meeting  with the Non-Custodial and Custodial Parent (separately); to assess and structure the visitation process and legalities.  This is required by the State of California of all Professional Supervised Visitation Court Monitors.  Both the Custodial and Non-Custodial parents must have separate intake interviews orientations. The interview will allow the Professional Provider to gain a detailed understanding of the case and the family they will be working with. The parents and the Professional Provider can then decide if they are an acceptable match for each other.  Usually the Non-Custodial Parent pays for both, unless the court order specifies otherwise.    The fees for this must be paid over the phone at the time you book/schedule your Intake Interview Orientation,  You then receive a receipt.
