If you call us and reach our voicemail, it means we are either on the phone with a client or, with a client.  Please kindly leave your first and last name, your cell phone number, the best day and time to reach you, the number of hours the court has granted you weekly for visitation, how many days per week the court has granted you visitation, and if your are the Custodial Parent, Non-Custodial Parent, Guardian, or Designated Person.

Per our cancellation policy, a minimum 24 hour notice for cancelling or postponement,must be given to us; prior to appointment. Any cancellation, no show, or postponement in less than 24 hours; will be subject to the full fee being assessed of the cancelled, no show, or postponed visit; by the party who is cancelling (unless you have a doctor's note for the date you are cancelling)
