All Professional Providers of Supervised Visitation have successfully completed the required 24 hour Professional California  Supervised Visitation Monitor Provider Training Course (including the Mandated Reporter of Child Abuse Course), equaling to 24 hours of required education training hours by The California Rules of the Court 5.20, Uniform Standards Family Code 3200.5

All Professional Providers of Supervised Visitation are listed with the Trustline Registry and Live Scan, and have submitted proof of their Criminal Background Check and Fingerprints; with the State of California Department of Justice, Bureau of Criminal Information and Analysis, Pursuant to California Penal Code Section 11121, 11142, and 11143 

All Professional Providers of Supervised Visitation  are educated in The Uniform Standards of Practice for Providers of Supervised Visitation
